Bad attitude and bad service

After visiting our KFC in Alberton Brackenhurst , i have decided that i will never go back, it must the KFC with the worst kinda employees working there, i really don't think they enjoy there work.<br> <br> I went through the drive through on the 11th March 2015 at about 12:05 to get a quick bite to eat, i get to the 1st window, i ask the lady may i have a burger meal and 2 extra cold drinks.<br> <br> She gives me the amount and off i go to the next window, just to find out after i have paid with my card, that i did not order a meal just a burger, when i questioned the lady, she gave me 10 different stories, and want to swipe my card again, just to make more money on selling the items separately, sorry if you cant understand a basic order, then you should not work.<br> <br> So please KFC do the right thing and get in people that actually want to work not these un-educated employees you have working for you.<br>
