Bad attitude and bad customer service

I bought food at the drive through and I was kindly asked to wait at the parking for my food ( chicken wings) as I wait I felt the edge for using the toilet so I walked in with my proof of purchase in my hand I walked to the toilet and it was locked and there was a Lady by the name of Bontle I walked up to her and asked to use the toilet and she blandly refused saying that the Kay to the toilet was not on site and opened for the manager or supervisor and she just laughed in my face saying that they are not in store I was a angry until the Lady who asked me to wait for my food came and she went to get the key and opened for me I was so angry that this Bontle Lady treated the situation as a joke and she continued laughing as I left the KFC in atteridgeville attlyn mall
