Bad attitude after messing up my order

3rd time ordering and when you aka them if your order is right they read it back.but when you get home there stuff wrong and even short. Last time I ordered zinger box meal and got a zinger burger and tjips. Now we ordered food. Got home and there was chicken short. Coldrink short.when i phoned and spoke to manager she does not even give me time to speak. Bad attitude because they messed up. So strange how they cant take responsibility for messing up and rather have an attitude about it.
