Bad attitude

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am totally disgusted in the behaviour of the staff at KFC - Ghandi Square JHB. Last night my partner and I were looking for a place to buy food before heading home. We found that KFC was still open but there was a guy who was standing at the door. He allowed me in but as my partner was trying to come in her closed the door in my partners face with attitude. He then opens and my partner asks him what is his problem. He still continues with his attitude. Then we head to the counternonly to get more bad service. Instead of speaking to the customers appropriately. He shouts to everyone we not serving anything but six pieces, not politely nothing. I hope that KFC Ghandi has cameras for you to see the behaviour of these workers. My partner felt so uncomfortable he said we must just leave it out and go. Still the guy at the door had some attitude after my partner tells him that he must do it to another customer and see what that customer will say. The guy that was shouting out that there is just 6 pieces starts talking to the guy at the door about my partner and goes on by throwing his hands at me when I tell them that I am going to report them to KFC management. They really dont care at this KFC. No customer service with a smile. Its not the first time I receive bad treatment at this KFC. They are rude and need some training on customers, customers maybe rude at times but never should you retaliate.</p>
