Bad attitude

<p>We went to KFC Welkom (Game centre) drive thru for dinner. After waiting - second in line - foor about 20minutes we got to the pick up point. Our order was wrong (one item was only a burger and we ordered a meal) we told the lady that helped us and we requested to add chips and a cold drink, to which she rep**** "its not on the slip" we once again asked to add the items, and she said "no, i don't have a till." We then requested a refund. She was able to walk her way to the till, give back our money and take back the food... and make the other patrons wait another ten minutes, rather than just take our R15 for the rest of the food. This person had the worst attitude, offered no apologies and basically threw the money at my husband. Never again.</p>
