Bad attitude

Guys I won't lie rest of the staff was amazing and very kind. So I passed by KFC cosmo junction to get a street wise two chips and a cup ice-cream, so I joined the que to get sanitized, and I was really pressed so when my turn came to go in I asked for the bathroom From the lady who sanitized, the lady said I can go in n help myself 1st then buy after, yoh I met Karina n I asked she open the bathroom door for me, she responded so rude and told me to join the buying que n buy 1st or I should go use bathrooms at the mall. I was so embarrassed ppl starting at me n some tried to get her to open coz I really looked pressed but she ignored them, I waited n bought then the lady who was assisting me at the till opened for me. Karina needs to be trained on how to talk polite.
