bad attitude

KFC Gatemax 03/08/2022 at 0841 cashier Samkelisiwe. on the above mentioned date was at kfc drive through and when i got to the box where i had to place an order, i was wrapping up my call. when i finished and tried to greet or get attention of the cashier she ignored me. when she eventually attended to me i asked why were you ignoring me, she rudely said to me, so are you not going to tell me what you want? that did not sit well with me. i placed my order and when i asked for her name she ignored me. this is totally unacceptable, the lady was so rude even the facial expression i got from her was off
