Bad attitude

I had the worst service at KFC in Thabo Sehume and Pretorious street in Pretoria. The cashier by the name of Nhlalala gave a wrong order and in return didnt even apologise but instead disrespected me. Telling me that I'll have to wait for my order coz she's tired and even raised her voice at me making me look like a fool infront of everyone. What upsets me the most is that when she called the manager Sello he also didnt apologise and didnt intervene. He just returned my money and left. I feel like my service is not appreciated as a loyal customer of KFC and after the treatment I received today I don't see myself returning to your stores.
