bad attitude
On Saturday 23/01/2016 I went to KFC kagiso mall and decided to buy something to eat, but on my arrival, the shop was full as it was a busy day. I was patient for almost 20 minutes in a line waiting to place my order. There were only two cashiers and when I asked some tall lady who was also standing behind the till doing nothing for more cashiers to help, all she could say to me was: \We only have two cashiers". She turned and walked away. I was so ****ed to find a shop like KFC having *********** staff that chitchat back to customers. What a poor service"""
