Bad Attitude

On Saturday around 15:00 I went to KFC in Hammanskraal with my partner to get lunch we decided to make use of the drive thru which was the biggest mistake. There were quite a few cars in front of us. Then when it was time for us to buy the was a gentleman who assisted us we place the first order (streetwise 2 and sweet chilli twister meal) the gentleman assisted us very well and when I wanted to place an order of 2 very berry crushers a female manager came and told the gentleman to stop serving us as he is not suppose to be doing serving customers. The gentleman tried to reason with her that he was busy with customers as the was no one at the drive thru therefore he decided to serve by the drive thru ( To me this guy deserves to be complimented and well done to him, people like him are very rare) we waited for about 3 minutes looking and listening to the manager barking orders and she was looking at us and not even bothered that it was an inconvenience to customers after a while a lady came having a plate of pap and chicken in her hands to come and serve us, how does it work? You are at the front desk and also eating!! To the manager you are very rude and I doubt you will go far with that attitude and your subordinates are not there to be abused. Treat them well as this store give the worst service it might be the employees give such a bad service ‘cause of the abuse they suffer at your hands. So on Saturday you even forgot that we are customers not employees of KFC whereby we report to you. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO GROW UP AND STOP BEING A STRAATMATE
