Bad attitude

My daughter went to KFC at Toti mall and when trying to pay for her order with a R100 bill got a seriously disgusting attitude and was promotly told they can’t accept it because it was in a bad state. Their excuse is appalling and a blatant lie. She was left feeling uncomfortable and humiliated. We will most definitely not be using this branch again. This is no way to treat a customer.
