Bad attitude

Yesterday just before closing time I was in the Adderley Street Branch. Another customer and myself wanted to buy something to eat. The staff member told us that they are closing soon and they don’t have anything to sell us. Even after I told her I spoke to a senior area manger a few months before and he told me if I’m in the store before closing time they can’t refuse to make me a meal.
