Bad attitude

I went to kfc springs gate drive thru. I got bad attitude from two staff members. The one who was taking the order and nonhlanhla working in the kitchen. They were impatiently rude making funny sounds and comments as if we were wasting their time by nt ordering minewhile we were looking at the menu deciding what to get. Fortunately we got the supervisor and the staff members who then apologised. Bad attitude is unprofessional.
