BAD ATTITUDE

So less than a week ago my usual craving for kfc zinger wings kicked in, so off I went to my closest kfc to remedy the craving. Upon entering the KFC at N1 City Value Center I was greeted by the following. While the store was fairly empty there were two staff members at the counter (a female and a gentleman) while the female was clearly finishing preparing the order for the customer before me, the gentleman whom I greeted proceeded to lean against the back counter arms folded and told me that I needed to wait for the lady who was completing an order placed prior to mine. Now the first thought that crossed my mind was that he must be part of the kitchen crew thus he was not able to assist which I fully would've understood but however after placing my order with the lady another gentleman walked in who after greeting the same gentleman thrice received assistance but also with an attitude almost as if to say we are disturbing or bothering the gentleman mentioned. Now I get that the shifts worked are long at times and can be draining but that is no way to treat anyone that walks into your establishment.
