Bad attidue from the manager and KFC did nto even bother to conatct us abotu how the issue was resolved

i had a problem with the bad attitude from the manager at KFC in Techno Park Witbank in December 2017. I logged a complaint with KFC customer care and they called me the very next day to get more information about the matter. They then sent an sms that the matter will be resolved. I then send an email today informing KFC that i have not received any response. I was phone d by Khethiwe who advised that they will deal with the matter internally.

I am failing to understand why i, as a customer who lodged the complaint, not informed of how the matter was resolved? I and my sisters were disrespected in public and no one even bothers as to even apologize and we are told that they will deal with the matter internally? Then why did i lodge a complaint in the first place?
