Bad app but also just very poor customer service

I have had two horrible experiences with the KFC app and their customer service.

The most recent experience though was extremely inconvenient. I ordered to my house and for some reason the KFC in Commercial road, Gqeberha delivered to my work address. I could clearly see on my order details that the “delivery address” is the one I wanted but somehow the driver was directed elsewhere. When I logged a complaint through the app they said I should call them. A couple pf days later they just closed the case without even doing anything. So horrible
