BAD AND VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Placed an order online through MR D at KFC TASBET PARK WITBANK and it was confirmed that it will be ready by 17:35, I get there 17:55 i find one guy busy with customers he checks my order number and go to the back to check if it was processed he come back telling me he can’t see it and then he continues with his work as normal ignoring me he did not even ask what did you order but kept on having a chat with his colleagues. Poor and very bad service from the staff there...I’m very furious because I had to be late for work even worse with no food. I want refund ASAP!!!!
