Bad and unprofessional service

I have had a bad experience with KFC Atlantis in western cape. Their service is unprofessional, where i have heard the cashier at drive thru say we gonna take too long with our order and we should move along, and our order was online and we didnt even get our free piece of chicken when ordering online, and even tonight again on the 28th April 2022 the drive thru got our order wrong and said we should order inside,as we actually used the drive thru to avoid the big crowd inside. Very disappointed at their unprofessional service.
