Bad and sad service...!!!

I have visited kfc in worceste in town an man do they have bad service from the cashier right through to the toilet that was so bad and did nog have toiletpaper. Looks like it was clean 2 months ago. No salt and napkins had to was my hands when i was done because my kid needed to use the napkins to go to toilet. Bad and sad!!!
