Bad and Lazy Staff

I like to have KFC and because i work very close to a KFC i would drive up to it so i can have some KFC but every time i go to KFC Observatory the staff there are so rude, throwing the food at a person, not checking if they giving you the right order, always taking forever to serve you and giving you attitude when asking about what is happening with the food as i always wait long for my meal. I always wait over 45 minutes for my food when its busy and when it is quiet. the African staff think i can't understand there African language but i do and i hear them saying blatantly to each other \he can wait for his food we will just take our time"and then they start laughing. each and every time i get the wrong order or the food is cold or it is old food that they serve. I am so disgusted in the staff and customer service of KFC Observatory that it has really put me off from going to any KFC branch. i will be reporting this to the news papers as everybody should know what bad staff KFC has."""
