Had a disgusting experience at KFC West Coast Mall Vredenburg..after ordering at the drive thru way we had to wait 47 minutes to get to the pay point where the lady asked us what we had order because that is how long we had to wait to reached her point..I responded that I want to see the manager he must come and explain to us what the hold up is I had a 4year old in the car that were cramping of hunger yet the response were she is busy..I refused to leave without an answer eventually she came and just said they have problems with the pots..And I asked her why did no one inform the long queue of cars she had no answer some cars reversed from the line to go to McDonalds
