Awful wicode service

Kfc and their online division for orders is absolutely atrocious, I used a voucher to order and their awful system accepted it then when I was time for their system to process my order it asked me to pay in cash for an order with a cost that would be covered by the voucher. I reached out to them and they still haven't contacted me to try and assist me cause I've basically lost my voucher and have received nothing for it. The levels of service they deliver suck.
