Awful Midnight Snack at KFC OTTERY DRIVE-Thru.

I frequent KFC Ottery 24 hour drive through and this has happened twice now. I order my meals first thing they mentioned was they out of burger buns to which I suggested an alternative bun. Then after paying and waiting at collection point they ask me if they can give me “coleslaw” as they out of mash for the gravy I have ordered. At this point I was a bit frustrated having waited this long for them to tell me this. I had no option but to say yes as she placed the coleslaw in my boxes already. I was beyond starvation mode at this point as it was 12:30am already. Only to get home and find a extremely dry burger with nothing on chopped lettuce and a mayo cream and tomato on the side of the box and a biltong-like chicken fillet fried so hard I could even bite into it. No chilli salt or tomato sauce and cold chips. This was beyond disappointing as all the meals I ordered was in the same state. (Surely if you operate a 24hour drive through plus it’s a Friday/weekend/monthend) you should be well stocked as the place was getting quite busy behind me. This is disappointing as I spent a lot of money on my food and it was not satisfying this wasn’t the first time. To refrain from this happening again KFC Ottery should make a conscious effort to carry the brand out correctly and not waste ones time and money like this.
