Awful experience

Good Afternoon , Can I just say I'm so disappointed in KFC at the Parade as I have given them an exception one morning when they were way too slow and I had to change my order because I had time to check my package. Now yesterday it was packed ordered Wise 3 which I was charged R45.90 my order number was 349 , because I've been standing too long and I start at 1 and I still have to walk to work I rushed into the taxi so that I can still make it in time , like before a side breast was added instead of a thigh and this time I got a street wise 2 instead of what I order , I had to ask the guy to put in the package as I was not eating in , I'm appalled by the fact that I need to check my package every time I leave and not get paid for what I ordered . I want my missing piece which I had paid for initially .I'm sure you have surveillance as well which will show when my order was pulled and pieces placed in the box .
