Awesome servive from Lucia kfc Greyston drive

I have been struggling with my deliveries a few times with this store... i have even logged a complaint that was ignored by KFC however since this friendly lady noticed how many times i have called in with so many delivery issues everytime i place an order. She has made it her responsibility to call me and ensure that my order is delivered to me with no issues. She would def make a great store manager i am so happy to continue ordering from the store because i trust she will make sure i do not face issues. Thank you so much Lucia
