Awesome customer service from Jainap

I just want to commend Jainap from the Tokai branch for the amazing service she has provided. I initially had a complaint which was taken up lightly, however once it was escalated to Jainap that all changed.

She was great in calling and following up and going the extra mile. It is the small things that you do that could gain you a loyal client.
