Awesome customer service from FKC call center.

I was making an online order on KFC website. I used a WiCode and somehow didn't get confirmation of my order. I called KFC call center spoke to a lady by the name Lukhanyiso. She has been amazing and I appreciate the fact that I immediately got reference for my call and she called back to give me feedback. Which I think is not always the case with other companies. I wish to commend KFC for also reversing my WiCode voucher. This is outstanding customer service.
