Awefull service experience. KFC

<p>I ordered delivery from KFC Glenwood branch this evening I have to say it was utterly dissapointing. I placed my order at 19:30 I called an hour later to ask when I could expect the food to arive, the manager very uninterested simply said, "it's not my fault I only have one driver" I received my food just before 21:00 only to find that the juice for my son's meal was never even packed and the time on my slip said 20:26 which proves my order was only placed once I made a second phone call. I did not get what I paid for...</p>
