Awaiting refund online order! 3 wks later!!!! Theft

Absolutely shocked by service and lack Therof from KFC online ordering app from Greenfields branch East London. Over two weeks ago we order over R500 food, they then an hour later just cancelled our online order as no one to deliver. Didn’t bother to even call us to make alternative arrangements. Said in sms we would get refund within 48hrs. Still two weeks later have not received refund. Called every second day no one at customer care comes back to us!!!! Still today same thing!!! I want my money back!!!! Is theft!
