Avoid this store !!!!!!!

I frequent this store multiple times weekly as convenient that it is on my way home in the evenings . A good 99% with the drive through when I teach the window to collect my order I am told to park my vehicle in the parking lot and my order will be brought to me, tonight had same story , on refusal to go wait in the parking lot for my order I got a very bad attitude towards me from staff . The only reason they ask patrons to move on and park is that head office is unaware of their perminant delay on their drive through . It truly is the worst KFC store to visit!!!!! Tomorrow I am contacting Radio 702 . All I get every time I have complained about this to KFC head office is an empty apology! NOTHING CHANGES . Avoid this store if your intention of using the drive through .
