Avoid KFC Heugh Road

Most useless *********** service from the KFC in Heugh road Walmer, Port Elizabeth. Placed a takeaway order, got home and part of the order was missing, there was more gravy than mash and the mash was as runny as the gravy. Drove all the way back to the store, but they were not interested in making any amends for their error except to pass the buck to the head office which was obviously closed at 20h30. Seriously unimpressed.
