AVOID KFC DRIVE-THRUS

2 day ago i went to a KFC drive-thru in Orange Farm just adjacent to the Eyethu Mall. As I drove in I looked at the menu and proceeded to the next available window to place my order and pay for it as only one window was available. I was disappointed to find that they only serve the fried chicken and chips, NOTHING ELSE. The lady at that window boldly told me that they do not serve burgers, twisters, wraps, salads, breakfast or even ice-cream and should I wish to have any of the items she listed I will have to go to Eyethu Mall, park my car, walk into the actual Mall find the KFC in there and order whatever particular food I want. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A MENU WITH A VARIETY OF FOOD ITEMS BUT THEY ARE NO AVAILABLE TO ORDER. WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVE A "DRIVE-THRU" IF I STILL HAVE TO GO TO THE MALL, PARK MY CAR AND ORDER FOOD. I AM HIGHLY DISPLEASED BY THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE. KFC SHOULD NOT HAVE DRIVE-THRU FACILITIES AS THEY FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF SUCH. AVOID KFC DRIVE-THRUS.
