Availability and Quality

To whom it may concern, My Son and I went to KFC Lampton Germiston to order a take away, we wanted Twisters, we went through the drive through, My Son heard the HME timer going off frequently he knows this as he worked for KFC Polokwane as RGM. We Ordered Twisters and was told there is none as the head office stock has not yet arrived there it should be there in the morning, there was only chicken pieces and burgers available. So we ordered two colonel burgers which we really did not want, when we stopped to pay we asked for two ice creams chock 99 and was told the ice cream was to soft so we could not have that either. My noticed that not one of the MOTs practiced by any of the cashiers. When we got home and started eating our burgers the chicken was burnt, dry and dark in colour, the rolls were over toasted and they were cold, this is not acceptable for us as customers nor the KFC brand.
