Automated manager just like the machine

I placed a order on the new automated machines and it took me vouchers and card details.. The machine then turned off and the manager was called and Noone could assist me. The manager looked me in the face and said sorry nothing I can do. Who knows if you used your vouchers or card and walked away. McDonald's Adderley street..a man can dy of hunger and still no help...
