Attitude and horrible service at Blouberg KFC beachfront

I was appalled at the service I received today at KFC Blouberg Beachfront, not only did I have to wait over 20 minutes for Zinger wings in the Car in the parking lot after going through the drive thru (that nobody advised had a waiting time to begin with) but when my boyfriend went inside to query the long wait he received attitude and snarky remarks from the Manager 'Yola' and another manager 'Siphogazi' who told him to wait 7 minutes....more than 7 minutes had passed when he went in again and rather asked for a refund at which time the managers continued to make more comments. At this point my boyfriend completed the refund and one of the attitudinal employees followed him to the car to look for the wings (which had just arrived) and took it with an attitude.
