Attitude

Had horible experience from Kfc Ladybrand I had a complainy about my oder and the trainee didnt care, so I requested to speak to the manager who made herself more confused instead of understanding me the client, she made no effort to understand, also the trainee just stood and laughed at me the custemor and I felt so small as if the fault was mine, but it wasnt as for customer service, u never make the customer the bad one. There was no use in resolving the matter there so now I decided to complain online hoping that something can be done to the service in Ladybrand.
