Atrocious service and non delivery after taking money

Placed an order at 19h21 from KFC Promenade for delivery. Sms alert said delivery would take place by 19h55. At 19h59 received a call from someone apparently from Head office to say driver had been ****** outside my residence, At 20h02 the store manager phoned with same message and that the driver was back at the store with our order (yet he had been ******) At 20h13 customer care(Amandaa) phoned with same story. We had been waiting in the front area of the house and no-one had pulled up outside of the property. My husband requested that someone get the driver to describe our property but no joy there either. After numerous calls back and forth we were told that it would take approx three days to refund our money. Finally we were told that the driver had got one of the other drivers to accompany him and was on the way with our order. Sms received to say he was outside our door but the entire street was empty when we went outside. We phd the store and was told that they would check where he was & call back, That wsas @ 20h29. It is now 21h32 and no further contact, The store is not answering there ph and we have no food,
