Atrocious management

Few things in this world are as irritating as driving 6kms to your nearest KFC on a Sunday evening and being told they don't have zinger burgers in stock, which is exactly what your wife feels like and is waiting at home for, so you end up driving another 10kms to different branch.

I'll tell you one thing that tops this... having this happen TWICE IN ONE MONTH!! At your strubens valley store (Cnr Hendrik Potgieter & Fredenharry) Last time my wife wanted a twister and you guys didnt have lettuce... I gave you the benefit of the doubt and thought it must be a once-off occurence so I tried you again.

EVERY time I go to this store, something is either stale, out of stock or simply problematic (like a recent instance where I got home to find no cheese (that I paid for) on my zinger!

Please find another manager for this store as the current one is clearly ***********.
