ASSIST WITH THE NEW SYSTEM VANDERBIJLPARK BRANCH

The ladies had an attitude especially Joyce M she didn't even want to give as a refund because what we had ordered was out of stock instead she was continously shouting "we don't do refunds we want to knock off" and seemingly they don't even know how to operate their new system??? Please assist.
