Ask for R2 but taking more without customers approval, *****ing in broad daylight!!!

Some KFC outlets place their staff under so much pressure that they become dishonest enough to literally ***** from customers(taking money without asking is *****ing). This character asked for the R2 for hope which was allowed, had the nerve to take R4 and when she was asked why she did it, her response was that she did say R4? Has it changed from R2 for hope to R4??? Other friends of mine had up to R10 taken without asking so what ******* is this.? Dishonesty at its peak, sis man!! Now imagine this is done to 1 million customers a day? I will keep my R2 in my pocket from now on. This means I will be reporting this thievery to the Competition Council and will lay a complaint at the consumer court. I even contacted the customer service contacted center and they lady wasn't surprised. She told me that the owner of the store would contact me but that hasn't happened.
