Good day Kfc Posmansburg ice cream machine are out of service almost the whole of last year. Macdonald the manager without a name tag i had to beg his name saying its reported. He showed me an internal reporting system stating that he did report it. The machine is in kuruman for repairs. A year. Mind you the ads of ice creams and milkshakes are up and displayed. I was there in september with the kids and it was broken. He stated that it was broken a looooong time now. My question is did he follow up. He said that the repairer in Kuruman await payment to repair. Now this is the worldclass Kfc in a small town like Posmansburg. A World wide company that operates like a toy shop. My question is from him up to the regional manager is how did this happen. And nobody can say they did not know as the sales stats and delivery stats will show that none of these ingredients are ordered. Sales of these items are not done. I really want you guys to answer me here. Or is this not important. I want proper feedback do your homework please. I did mine and the machine could have been replaced 3 weeks after breakdown. Take of the adds or stick them with no stock im tired of telling my kids that the Gernal has no icecream.
