Arrogant KFC staff treating customers like dirt

On my way home from work I decided to get some KFC for dinner (17:30 pm - 01/09/2015). As I walked up to the counter there was no one else waiting to place their order , only a few seated people waiting for their orders to be ready , The only lady at the till noticed (looked right at me) as I came up to the counter but didn't acknowledge me with a greeting a nod or anything , she just carried on fiddling with the food items on the heated shelves. In the meantime - additional new customers arrived and lined up on the other side of the counter. She just turned around and started helping them and told me \other side"Implying I must get in behind them if I want to get helped. This is extremely arrogant"
