Appreciation of customer service with kindness

On 25.06.2025 my colleague and I drove to KFC BP Empire Road; we went to get our food from the drive-thru. We got our food and left, when we got to the office, we noticed that our order was short with chips. We called them to let them know. The call was accepted by a lady named Anna; she apologized and gave us a whole order as her apology.

We were happy and impressed with the service and respect Anna gave us.
