Appauling staff

<p>I was in town and at KFC at Bree street and my husband wanted to get in and get a coldrink but then he decided he needs the toilet so bad then he went inside when there was someone else then he wait ed outside until messed his pants then it was all a scene even the manager screqmin and shouting not giving a chance to talk to her I also ended up screaming at her by her not adreasing the matter suppose to..so disgusted on how the matter suppose as handled I also will be taking this matter further...no customer service at all...</p>
