Appauling service from KFC Commercial Rd PMB

Appauling service from KFC Commercial Rd, waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes, on top of that was asked to wait for another 10 minutes as the wings are not ready. Worst service iv experienced. Why take orders if there are no wings. Lady at the till was so rude, when i complained about waiting for so long she rollwr her eyes at me.
