Appauling service

Ordered a meal From Facebook via WhatsApp and was not given my order instore except I received the most appalling and disgusting service from the manager Sandra and Noma and that's after waiting in front of the que for a while watching staff chit chat before delivering the worst service making a show of me in the store dragging my dignity. This took place at KFC Bayside.
