Appauling service

I am writing this review as i am a VERY UNHAPPY & DISGUSTED client.

On friday 16/08/2019 i went to Senaoane KFC (PICK N PAY) at around 9:30pm to buy food. When i got there am happy about the service i received from the lady at the till, but than the nightmare started. My order took too long and but the time it came they did not give me any straw - i had to ask for it-, no salt and sauce - i had to ask for it, no survette - i had to ask for that too, ONE BY ONE. I mean this was pathetic.

I was given attitude by the lady who packaged this. and to make matters even worse the twister tested like cardboard and was not even sweet chili as i requested. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE, IT IS APPAULING.
