Appauling service

I am so sick! of KFC sherwood durban this is the 3rd time!I after the drivethrough got home and my order was not right wings chips not there. my kids were hungry !I actually asked the guy at the window is my order correct and told him about the last time he said Yes . I called in instead of sending somebody they tell me come back nothing can be done KFC Sherwood Durban has the most appalling advice!
