Apparently there's certain meals that KFC do not sell at night yet the operate 24 hours

I went KFC at Pavillion Centre(Pretoria Sunnyside) at round 11 pm. I received the most pathetic service from KFC. I requested two lunch box that come with 4 Zinger wings. I was told that there is no fillet. I requested to see for a supervisor or manager. They called a supervisor by the name of Nelisiwe Sibiya very unhelpful and rude, I told her that I have recently came around that time and requested for the same meal and I was told that there is no fillets. She didn't even bother to apologize and she confirmed that there is no fillet and she again changed her statement and said they don't make that meal at that time of the night. I was lest puzzled. I then asked her why is that you advertise it in your advertising screens if she's saying they don't sell it at night. I've got few questions, why do you guys open 24hrs and what do you sell and don't sell after a specific time? I've never went to McD and told that they don't sell specific meal at a certain time. I feel like the employees that work night shift are lazy. First time I drive from KFC at Pavilion to KFC at Mid city(Pretoria Sunnyside). It's like 7km away, I was told the same thing that they don't have one of the ingredients. Then I said I want street wise two, I was told I have to wait for 20min, how pathetic is that. Why would I go to a restaurant and wait that long for a meal. They knew very well I wouldn't wait that long. But my main issue is the service I get from KFC at Pavilion in Sunnyide.
