Appalling service/ Refund KFC

was at your store in Site C Khayelitsha to collect my order when I realised I paid double for the order.

Yes the error was on my end for not checking that I selected 2 of the dunked wings . I accepted 1 of the 2 in store and requested refund in store However they said they cannot process refund on the orders done online. please see bank statement attached for the purchase dated 24.02.2024. Order number 111108.

Please also follow up on refund for online order that was cancelled on 31 January 2024 order 111644. This was due to no drivers available at KFC Gugulethu. I have been back and forth by emails and calls with Bianca {Area manager}and Zandise Mpako who is the manager for kfc site c who is very rude I might add. I called the gugulethu store who gave me the number for customer care which is not available on the internet. These people are trying to con. I have sent everything to them and my complaints. Still no refund or promise to assist with the matter I received a case number from the contact care :CAS***
